The faces behind the helpdesk
Our counseling services are, of course, confidential. The help desk is intended to serve as the first point of contact for inquiries directed to the FDM-NDS State Initiative. All inquiries remain with the help desk staff, who are members of Pillar 1 of the State Initiative. Additional individuals will be involved only after consulting with those affected.
